I have had a passion for football since a young boy, with many years of experience playing up to a fairly descent standard. In my professional career, I'm a European HR Director, therefore coaching and training play a big part of my role. I'm married with two boys age 7 and 5, so will be looking to pull upon some of this experience to help me with the children!

This is my first time managing a football team and at the time of writing I've been doing this for 9 months now. Like most managers in the club I wanted to volunteer and help and could not sit back and see the kids without a manager, so hence why I'm here. With the sponsorship of the club I'm currently working towards my level 1 FA coaching badges, which I'm sure will help me with drills and improving the kids learning and experience.

With the help of some great qualified and experienced coaches (Gemma and Chris) and support of the parents our aim is to make the team a success, which can be defined in many different ways. Success may not always mean coming top of the division and winning lots of cups (although it helps)!! We certainly want to develop the children, in as many ways as possible, obviously improve their football skills, teach them what it feels like to be part of a team, respect for each other, improve their fitness, experience winning and losing in the right manner and most of all enjoy it!! Not to much to ask, well lets see..?
