My name is Russell Cameron and I am the manager for Lee Rangers Under 7. I have been interested in football from an early age and back in the days completed various coaching awards through my studies at College. I decided to take on a managerial role as I hope to give children the same sort of training I received - training that made me into the John Terry player I am today... (joking).

We have a coach who works closely with me all training sessions and matches we play called Steve Webb. We are both currently working towards level 1 FA coaching badges so that we are fully qualified and able to give the children direct and quality training.

We have been together as a team for approximately 1 year where we started as Under 6 and progressed though to now Under 7. We are now in our first football season playing matches against other teams in the league and are thoroughly enjoying it. So all looks great for the future...
